1. Role & Scope of Services

OTEMED | GLOBAL HEALING | GLOBAL HEALING acts exclusively as a medical tourism facilitator and concierge service. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical facility. Our primary function is to:

  • Provide information about healthcare infrastructure and treatments available in Turkey.
  • Connect prospective patients with licensed, certified, and highly-qualified medical professionals and JCI-accredited facilities.
  • Facilitate logistical arrangements, including accommodation, transfers, and language interpretation.
Disclaimer: We do not provide direct medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Any surgical roadmap or medical recommendation provided prior to your arrival is an estimation based on remote assessments by independent medical practitioners. Final diagnoses and treatment plans can only be established upon physical examination by the attending physician in Turkey.

2. Medical Liability

All medical procedures, surgical outcomes, and clinical risks are the sole responsibility of the treating physician and the medical facility where the procedure is performed.

  • OTEMED | GLOBAL HEALING | GLOBAL HEALING assumes no liability or legal responsibility for medical malpractice, adverse surgical outcomes, post-operative complications, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.
  • Your legal and medical relationship is directly established with the hospital or surgeon via consent forms signed prior to the surgery in Turkey.

3. Financial Agreements & Payments

We are committed to absolute financial transparency. Treatment packages and their inclusions/exclusions will be formally presented to you as a written proposal.

  • Prices provided in initial communications or on the website are estimates. Final pricing may be adjusted by the physician after an in-person diagnostic evaluation.
  • Deposits or full payments are subject to cancellation and refund policies specified in your individual service agreement. Standardly, deposits applied to block hospital scheduling or immediate logistical arrangements may be non-refundable if canceled without adequate notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the text, graphics, "Medical Luxe" design, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of OTEMED | GLOBAL HEALING | GLOBAL HEALING or our affiliated hospitals. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
